update on my computer situation:
Backuped ALL THE THINGS
…and then discovered that my DVD reader also gave up the ghost and won’t read my windows installer dvd. (It was, however, a very old DVD thingie. 3 computers old to be exact.)
That means I’ll have to be creative to reinstall windows (because that’s what this is coming down to). USB DRIVER COME TO MY RESCUUUUE
(there’s also a chance the issue is HD related and not Windows related buuuut don’t wanna think of that now I have all my things backuped lalala nothing is wrong)
