I think we can assume that in pre-scratch Trollverse, Karkat was the Sufferer analogue

and also I think it’s safe to assume that his Love Love Revolution was hella successful

if these trolls do not originate from their session and are, instead, copies sent to their universe through a glitch in the reckoning portals (as seems to be the case with the alpha kids)…

How would UU/Karkat’s counterpart be a lime-blood when karkat ectobiologized two red-blood mutants in the veil?

Certainly he would have noticed if his own wiggler hadn’t been among the ones he created — it would have been a great source of self-loathing for him to latch onto as usual, “oh no, I don’t even belong in this session, I am a total anomaly”~
